Need Recommendation on Michigan Medicaid Benefits Carrier/Insurer

I and my family (2 pre-teens and a wife) have been on the Michigan Medicaid for a couple years. We've had Molina the whole time for medical (it is what was assigned to us by default), but we switched from Delta to BCBS last year for dental because our kids' required dental work wasn't covered by Delta, and the dentist told us to switch to BCBS to get better coverage. That worked out pretty well, but we've been really unhappy generally with the coverage we get from Molina.

The question is what's a better carrier? Our open enrollment just started today or yesterday and we really want to switch this up. Molina has awful coverage for mental health (therapy, medications, etc), and specialists are few and far between. We end up having to regularly drive as much as two hours from our somewhat rural community into the big cities for any help or diagnostics, even though there are providers much closer to us they either don’t take Medicaid or don’t take Molina plans specifically. This is expensive and time consuming!

What kind of options even are there and what has your experience been with different carriers? Thank you in advance for your help.
