Is term life insurance with benefits beneficial to me or am I just getting scammed?

I pay 100 dollars a month for term life insurance. The only problem is I barely make enough money and I’d rather not have 100 dollars taken from my account every month. I’m only 22 years old and live at home with my mom. My mom was the one who made me sign up for it in the first place and I’m still unsure if I should even be paying for this at 22. I don’t even have a legit beneficiary nor do I have a family of my own. Am I just getting robbed? I’m paying for term life insurance with living benefits. Is there any benefit besides them covering medical bills and giving my family money if I die? My sisters are written down as beneficiaries but I don’t even take care of them. They’re 23 and 19 and also live with my mom. I don’t even have kids to benefit from that right now. I’m only 22. I don’t even know if I’ll have kids. Is this worth it or did my mom screw me over? I really just want to understand more about term life insurance with benefits. Should I keep it?
