Unable to fill my heart medication that quite literally keeps me conscious

I am on a somewhat rare medication called Corlanor for my POTS. It is the ONLY medication that has worked for my POTS and I have been on it since around 2018-2019. It keeps me from fainting and experiencing horrific symptoms. I have always had a difficult time getting this medication. Over the years it has gotten increasingly worse. Especially since I have had to get shittier and shittier insurance. I just turned 26 in February and was kicked off of my dad's good insurance. Even with the good insurance previously I would fill my medication and then have to fight with insurance and the pharmacy on getting the cost correct and then wait two weeks for my medication to come in. Then I would use a copay card to help cut the cost. It wasn't ideal going without my medication two weeks every 3 months, but was better than not having the medication at all. The pharmacy refuses to fill it early so that it comes in on time for my fill and will not set it to auto order for me because they "don't have any other patients on this medication. So, it isn't worth it to auto order it just for me". I tried other pharmacies including online delivery through my insurance but it was either insanely expensive or I was turned down by almost every single one because they either deemed it too "rare" of a medication or could not fill the 90 day supply needed in order to use my copay card. Without the copay card it is $210 for a 90 day supply. With the copay card it is $90. If I fill a 60 day supply it's $90 and I cannot apply my copay card.

Fast forward to now on my new insurance:

I spent two months trying to get my medication filled. I called everyday for 2 weeks and then slowly started calling less and less until I just gave up. I was told so many different things I cant remember it all. They said my prior authorization was messed up, copay card wasn't eligible, Insurance didn't process things correctly, and they would quote me different prices for the medication almost every time I filled it. Honestly they gave me a bunch of other reasons I can't even remember because the issues were resolved multiple times, but would some how pop up again. It makes no sense. Insurance tells me it's the pharmacies fault. Pharmacy says it's insurance. Copay card company says it's insurance. I finally caved after feeling horribly physically for so long and just filled the 60 day supply for $90.

My question is what can I do? Is insurance even the issue? Is it the pharmacy? At the very least I would like to get back to having my three month supply and two weeks without it. It's better than not being on it at all or paying a higher price…I guess.
