Question about what it means when you have no drug coverage on employer plan

Hello,

I work at a very small but profitable tech startup in PA. I am unsure of my premium, deductible, out of pocket, etc as I have not received my card yet. I was just recently enrolled in our insurance, which is Highmark, and the company fully covers the cost of the plan; including dental and vision, but there is a catch. We do not have a drug coverage option, which if I understand correctly means that I have ZERO prescription coverage. I have chronic c health conditions that require lifetime maintenance medications including asthma and eosinophilic esophagitis and am looking to get onto some biologics like dupixent and better meds for that eventually, and possibly also ozempic (BMI = 40). I make ~100k per year, and so technically probably could afford to raw dog prescription prices, but I am wondering if I could just purchase drug coverage separately / supplementary somehow? New to all of this; this is my first corporate job out of college. I previously had Medicaid during college, which covered most drugs essentially with a $1 copay; with the caveat that only the most basic and generic of meds were covered, meaning that rather than having meds my doctors prefer, I settle for ones that work "okay-ish".
