Seeking advice on filing a grievance with Anthem HMO

In August of last year my long term psychiatrist dropped my insurance after they denied one of his claims. I had been working with this doctor successfully for 3 years. I've also been on the same medication for 3 years, Clonazepam. With this medication I cannot stop taking it abrubtly, and my psychiatrist advised me to continue taking it as prescribed while I looked for a new provider. In this time I have called about every single number within Anthems find care portal. None of the psychiatrists take my insurance. I have tried alternatives like ZocDoc and Psychology Today, no doctors taking my insurance there either. From some research I've found I'm not the only one having this problem with Anthem (their Medi-Cal plan specifically) and it seems like I need to file a grievance with the insurance. I have never done this and am unsure of the correct steps to do so however. Can anyone tell me what to expect? What information I might need to collect to prove my case? Who do I call first? What could I expect to happen after the grievance is filed, in terms of receiving care?
