Medi-cal dentist refuses to treat us

We went to a dental office that was recommended by a friend. Both of us are autistic and adhd but are able to sit in the chair and my partner has anxiety but managed it with some Ativan. We had X-rays and cleanings. The person who cleaned my teeth was pushing so hard my head was being forced into the chair and I was having extreme nerve pain but I was quiet and bared it. There is visible thinning on my front teeth from this. At the end, they told us our teeth were bad and that my partner needed a root canal but that they wouldn’t do it because she takes anxiety medication. We explained several times that we would follow what ever medical advice and medication advice they gave. My mom called and spoke to the manager who insisted that we were insisting that we needed to both be in the room for the procedures – which was a flat out lie. I emailed requesting an appt for just me but they won’t reply. My mom has called many times and they won’t return her calls. We tried to go to a different dentist but they said because we are on mediCal we must go to the place that took the X-rays. But we can’t. And they won’t release our records to us and they refused to even tell us specifically which teeth need help. Now my partner’s molar broke in the meantime. I feel like this is wrong and they should have some repercussions but I can’t even deal with that rn cuz we need to fix her tooth that is just continuing to break. Does anyone know how to get a new dentist on medi-cal / switch dentists? We keep being told to go the first place but short of showing up and causing a scene idk what to do.
