My plan was cancelled without notice

Hi, I received an email from BCBS this morning saying that my policy has been cancelled due to non payment.

I have tried making payments but several of my payments were returned to me without notice. I enrolled in autopay two months ago as well, but I guess it wasn’t working because they say I haven’t paid since February.

BCBS said it’s not possible to reinstate my plan and to contact Marketplace.

Marketplace said they can’t offer me enrollment until the open enrollment period because they’re being told that my policy was terminated 3/31. I did not receive notice that my policy was terminated until today. Marketplace told me to try and contact BCBS to have them change the date my policy ended, but BCBS said they can’t do anything.

The BCBS rep told me that I can’t have insurance until the open enrollment period.

Is there anything I can do? I really can’t go that long without insurance and I’m very stressed.

Thank you
