Help deciding on AETNA coverage.

My employer is offering three options for health insurance. I’m a type 1 diabetic who pays very little for insulin, $5 and $25 respectively. And 20% for my CGM under my covered California plan. This is all great but this job also came with a significant raise so I’ll probably get kicked off of it after this year.

I cannot tell the difference at all but looks like option 2 would be best.
