EMPLOYERS/COMPANIES w/ Wegovy or Zepbound Health Insurance Coverage? Located in Southern Michigan near Indiana state border (Mishawaka)

I am searching for employers or companies who offer health insurance that covers Wegovy or Zepbound.I am asking on behalf of my husband who has a long history of working in the warehouse/factory setting driving forklift (shipping/receiving and material handling). He also has experience as a delivery driver as a sub for USPS and at various DSPs for Amazon, however his hours were always limited and inconsistent depending on the season/route. I have applied to various employers, but I am more limited due to my scope of practice as a Cardiac Telemetry Monitor Tech. I actually work full-time in a hospital setting and the hospital insurance does not cover any type of weight loss medication.
I have been on Wegovy 2.4 for over a year now, and I have lost well over 100 lbs. Now that my insurance changed and I no longer have coverage for this medication, I am concerned about the cravings and food noise coming back. I had the gastric sleeve in 2020 and I was unsuccessful with losing weight. While the sleeve made me fuller faster, it also made me hungrier faster. Wegovy has not only helped my portions sizes, but it also changed my cravings! I am the healthiest I have ever been, and I am no longer pre-diabetic! I am trying my best to maintain my healthy lifestyle by being active and having more self-control but unfortunately, I am still a food-addict and the cravings are back. I am trying my hardest to maintain all of the progress I have made but I am concerned about relapsing into old habits
