Specialty insurance provider NSM Insurance Group has announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire InsurEVO.

InsurEVO, based in the UK, specializes in personal lines travel insurance and operates two well-known brands, AllClear Travel Insurance and InsureandGo, serving over three million customers. The acquisition is pending regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. They have been in the market since 2000.

Geof McKernan, CEO and founder of NSM Insurance Group, welcomed the addition.

“Today marks an exciting new chapter for AllClear and InsureandGo. We are delighted to welcome these renowned brands to the NSM family,” McKernan said.

He acknowledged Chris Rolland, group CEO of AllClear and InsureandGo, for his work in growing both brands and leading technological changes while maintaining strong growth. McKernan also emphasized that the combined efforts will drive continued innovation, enhance value for clients, and expand NSM’s global presence.

Rolland expressed enthusiasm about joining NSM, stating that the partnership will help continue the growth and scale of the business.

“Over the last two decades, our dedicated and talented team has helped us grow into the force we are today, and we look forward to extending that growth with NSM,” Rolland said. “NSM has the prowess and proven track record to help our business grow by expanding our distribution channels — further enhancing our technology platforms and expanding our global market reach. We are confident that NSM will help lead us to a bright future filled with growth, development and success.”
