First time having to "shop" for insurance

Recently I got into an industry that boosted my yearly income from barely 19k to easily 35k+, meaning I no longer qualify for Medicaid. I do have daily meds and am FtM so I take weekly hormones, all of which seem to be mostly if not completely covered by the majority of insurances I can afford. I would sign up through my work for insurance but the provider doesn't cover transgender health care and since I'm already paying for everything but my testosterone (needles, sharps container, syringes, etc.) I'd like to keep it that way. Since this is the first time I've ever not been below the poverty line I'm not really sure how to find an insurance that works for me, all the websites feel like scams and anytime I try and get a quote I get bombarded with calls and texts from different agents saying they have the best coverage. From what I found BCBS seems like my best bet to cover what I need, but I feel in over my head. My whole family is all on Medicaid so they aren't much help aside from explaining what a deductible is, so any advice is appreciated.
