New job, I know nothing about health insurance

This is the first year I've needed health insurance as I was using my parents up until I turned 26. I'm wondering if my new health insurance plan at my new job is reasonable or if I should go with something else.

I am single and the only one that will be on the plan. The details are below. Thank you in advance!

Balanced w/Care Cash – $3,500 | United Healthcare

Monthly premium:

You pay: $260.94

Company pays: $260.94

Total: $521.88

Copay: $30

Coinsurance: 10%

Deductible: $3,500

Deductible (fam): $7,000

OOP max: $8,000

OOP max (fam): $16,000

HSA Eligible?: No

Plan Level: Gold

Network: STANDARD

Specialist Copay: $60

Emergency Room: 10% after deductible

Urgent Care: $50

Inpatient Stay: 10% after deductible

Outpatient Stay: 10% after deductible

Rx deductible: $0

Tier 1 drugs: $10 per script

Tier 2 drugs: $40 per script

Tier 3 drugs: $150 per script

Specialty drugs: $10-$500 per script

My salary is $80k/year, so I believe this is affordable, but I'm unsure what a reasonable monthly payment actually is for health insurance
