IBX Is Holding My HSA Hostage

For about a week and a half now, I haven’t been able to access my health spending account through the independence blue cross website. It keeps saying “oops we could not pull up your account at the moment please try again later” I owe myself about $110 in reimbursements so I really need this access asap. I tried reaching out online, they’ve been no help. I tried calling yesterday, they told me to clear my browser cookies – I wasn’t at a computer at the time but I told them I was confident that wouldn’t solve it because I’ve tried numerous different browsers, devices, and even their app. I asked if that didn’t work what my next step should be. They told me they can’t tell me any more steps until I’ve tried it. It of course didn’t work when I tried today, I attempted to call back but they’re only open Monday-Friday. I’ll try again Monday but my question is if they don’t resolve this asap do I have any legal recourse? This is my money and if this was a normal bank and people just went weeks with no access it would never be ok. It isn’t like I can go to a physical branch of the HSA bank to sort it out.

For whatever it’s worth another reason I don’t have high hopes this will get resolved, beyond the general incompetence of insurance companies, is because my online account has had a different issue for months now and they haven’t resolved it. I can’t see the amount I’ve paid toward my deductible online – in fact when I try to check it, it says I have no deductible on my plan which is false. If I call them, they can see my correct info and give me the info I need. It has been “escalated to IT” 2 or 3 times now with no fix. I haven’t pressed hard on that one because I can at least call them for updates but I can’t call them and magically deposit funds into my bank account so I don’t know what to do.
