NCI Roadside Assistance breakdown cover launches in partnership with Q Underwriting

Following PIB’s recent acquisition of Jigsaw Insurance Services Limited and their motor breakdown service, we’re delighted to announce the launch of their brand-new breakdown product to broker members.
NCI Roadside Assistance is the trading name of NCI Consultants Limited, an appointed representative of Jigsaw Insurance Services Limited. They have over 20 years of experience in the breakdown industry and have helped more than 500,000 motorists get back on the road, driving customer satisfaction along the way.
They have over 4,000 recovery operators across the UK who are signed up and ready to recover customers and their vehicles in the unfortunate event of a breakdown. Recovery agents will do their best to resolve the issue roadside, however they are also fully equipped to recover the vehicle to a garage or single destination within 10 miles of the incident.
Their UK-based call center is in operation 24/7, 365 days a year, and the service offers unlimited call outs for all breakdown policies.
