Need advice- family of 5 loosing Medicaid, my new job offers insurance only for full time and husband is now a single member of an llc

I started working recently and was originally hired underfed the stipulation that my job offers health insurance. But they aren’t scheduling me more than 32 hours a week so I can’t get it through them because I’m considered part time.

My husband also became a single member owner of an llc and the company doesn’t offer health insurance (hopefully in the future he can figure that out!)

With all this change we are losing or Medicaid. So we have a qualifying event so we can buy on the market. But I am struggling to figure out some things!

I’ve been looking at healthcare.gov and it asks about if my employer offers health insurance. How do I answer this question if they offer it but I can’t get it because I’m part time?

How do I figure out my husbands income? From my understanding at the end of the year when he goes to file taxes the company’s taxes will be considered his personal. This what confuses me because he only makes what he makes in his weekly check. We are still waiting for the original owners to get do more stuff with the lawyer before we can hire a new CPA

My kids are still covered under Medicaid for now but if I get coverage for my husband and I on the market place can I get my kids covered at a later date once they are kicked off of Medicaid? Because right now they don’t have a qualifying event just my husband and I do
