Stay w my EPO, or go to HSA/PPO?

Hi y’all. I’m 30F, no dependents/unmarried. No persistent health issues. Usually go to the dr about 2x a year total.

Last year, I picked an EPO bc I really liked that I had a $0 deductible $0 coinsurance. This made it easy for when I decided to go to the dr to not have any surprise bills come in the mail. (I picked it because I wanted to have my blood tested for health check up, go to the dermatologist, and maybe acupuncture) I only knocked out the blood test by the way, still pending getting to a dermatologist and acupuncture.

This year, I’m getting orthodontic treatment (Invisalign, maybe clear braces to start) and it will be $3900 total.

I’m stuck and don’t know if I should stay with my EPO or move to a HYSA?
