I keep seeing ads for "Iron Health Group"…. is it legit?

I keep seeing ads for a company called "Iron Health Group" that assists low income individuals in finding insurance for cheap, sometimes as little as $0.

I'm in a financial bind, and about to age out of my parents' insurance, and this sounds like a lifesaver… but is it really? 🤔 It strikes me as really scammy because it seems too good to be true. Obviously, they ask for your social and other info – and I feel bad that struggling people may be falling for this.

There are comments/reviews on all of the ads, most of them from legit social media profiles, and some of these profiles are 5+ years old! But, it still doesn't mean they're real…. I've been seeing hundreds of people saying they'll be applying.

Wondering if anyone has any experience / knowledge? I'm not going to sign up, but it's crazy that an internet search turns up nothing.
