Managing general agent CHES Special Risk has a reminder for event organizers and their insurance brokers ahead of this year’s summer events.
The MGA noted the importance of securing the right insurance policy: “As summer approaches, it brings back a flurry of special events and food trucks in the country. These occasions are distinctive in their nature, necessitating event organizers to ensure they are adequately covered.”
CHES Special Risk offers year-round coverage through its comprehensive event insurance product, features of which include protection against third-party bodily injury and property damage arising from events.
Additionally, the policy provides cover against financial losses and bodily injuries resulting from food-borne illnesses.
“We understand the importance of event organizers obtaining insurance prior to each event to shield themselves from unforeseen risks,” CHES Special Risk chief executive and president Gary Hirst said.
“At CHES, we streamline this process into a one-time task. Brokers can provide their clients with CHES’ Master Special Event Liability policy, customized to suit their needs for a full year.”
