Athena insurance is absolute bullshit

I've been fighting s claim for a year. I'm honestly about to give up because it's ridiculous. I've been calling once a week/once every other week since last year for a claim. They first denied it four times saying I didn't have the required information when I clearly did. Finally got ahold of a supervisor that saw I had everything right and filed it, said I'd hear back in a month or so.

I wait a month, nothing happens. I call back, they fucking lost my claim. So I need to RE FILE my claim again and wait another month. I call back again after hearing nothing back and they inform me that it's waiting to be processed and they will expedite it, and they will call me back in a week.

Yet again I've heard nothing. I call back a week later and get the same bullshit story. This is when I emailed the grievances department and I've heard nothing back from them. I've called back today and have been dropped as soon as an agent answers three times, and then finally get transferred to a supervisor… Only it was their voicemail. I left a voicemail but it's a waste of time honestly because they literally have not called me back once out of the 10 times they've promised they will within a year.

I'm about to cancel my insurance and get another plan through another company, because this is ridiculous and I'm livid, about to cry, and feel fucking helpless.

Does anyone have any advice at all?
