would amending taxes to file jointly be worth it?

long story but .. i was a home health aide for a home health agency for 10 yrs taking care of my uncle. he died of MS march 12. he was my only patient (full time 40 hours a week)

after grieving for awhile i decided to look into temporary unemployment and health insurance options since i dont have my job anymore. and i had a really good plan with my job. now im looking into marketplace options.

** im in indiana. got married in may 2023. we filed our taxes seperate.. not jointly. my husband is a veteran and gets free health care for life through the VA. so he doesnt need marketplace**

i figured through the marketplace i would get some tax credits. i start a new job next week. i think ill make about $35k a year after taxes my husband makes about $80k after tax. so about 115k a year combined. to my surprise.. no tax credits. but then i saw in the QnA that married folks should file jointly for tax credits in healthcare. so with our income level.. would it be worth it to amend taxes for my health insurance? or would i still not qualify for tax credit?
