Not being billed for Patient Responsibilities

Hey all, so I have a weird problem where I’m not really being billed for most of the “Patient Responsibilities” that show up on my Health Insurance.

So my employer switched to a Self-Funded plan at the start of the year (HPI). It’s using Harvard Pilgrim in New England, and United Healthcare everywhere else. I’m outside of New England so I’m getting United Healthcare.

So onto my problem. So since the start of the year I’ve had a procedure that was mostly covered by insurance, my responsibility was only $100 which I was billed for and I paid.

Then for anesthesia I was supposed to be billed $590, then for “outpatient” I was supposed to be billed $288.40. I never received either of these bills. (Note this procedure was about 2 months ago now).

Now I just received a reimbursement check from my insurance for part of those bills that I was supposed to have paid for my “Health Reimbursement Arrangement”, which I don’t really know about.

In addition, I’m seeing a therapist through Sondermind twice a month. I’m supposed to be getting billed $25 per session, but again that’s never happened. I have payment set up on Sondermind’s website but I’ve never received a bill from them.

These bills that I think I’m supposed to have received are the “Patient Responsibility” numbers I get off of my health insurance website. So can anyone help me out here? I can pay all these bills without too much of an issue, I just don’t want them to stack up and all of the suddenly get hit with a massive bill at the end of the year or something.
