Looking for a new health insurance agent for my small business in Missouri

I own a small business in the St. Louis Missouri metro area and have worked with the same local agency for small group health insurance for over 20 years. Now they've sold out to a big company and my main contact retired. So I'm looking for a new agency to work with.

We have 5 or 6 of our employees in our group plan and here's my absolute must-have: Whoever we go with must be experts with HRAs – Health Reimbursement Arrangements. Not FSA or HSA. HRAs have been around since 2002 and my company was an early adopter. My retired agent told me were were the 2nd company of any size in the STL metro area to have an HRA. So we're really sold on this system but the problem is many/most insurance agents don't know much about them.

I'm hoping to find a small agency where we'll have a consistent contact person we can get to know, and who can give us solid advice on which plan to choose , HRA related matters, etc. I have no idea if someone from another state can be our agent so that's a consideration. I'd be willing to work with someone from out of the area as long as they're accessible.
