Looking for help gathering list of Ukrainian/Russian-speaking brokers and assistants or agents/brokers for Marketplace (ACA) applications.

I am assisting a couple refugee-support volunteer groups in helping Ukrainian refugees overcome language barriers in applying for marketplace coverage (under the Affordable Care Act). Those who arrive here have no access to government insurance (Medicaid), and need to apply through the federal (healthcare.gov) or state exchanges (17 states and DC manage their own) in order to access subsidized coverage. In any case, they can benefit from the comparison tools and from access to assistants and brokers that the marketplaces provide, in order to understand the coverage they can choose and the implications of their choices.

I would like to be able to share a broad list of Ukrainian/Russian-speaking brokers or assistants, so that applicants would be more comfortable in seeking help to apply, and so that volunteers in different parts of the country could more easily develop local directories of brokers and assistants who are available and most interested in helping.

It's not clear to me that nay comprehensive (or even partial) directories exist. Healthcare.gov provides lists based on zip code and distance selected, and it would be quite labor-intensive for people to develop a list manually. It also seems pretty challenging to automate the process of querying the websites to compile a list.

I am looking for ideas, suggestions references to existing databases or tools, or any helpful thoughts. Or if you would like to assist in any way, feel free to let me know!
