Starkweather & Shepley Announces 2024 Leadership Change

Starkweather & Shepley Insurance Brokerage Inc. (S&S) has announced a leadership succession plan. Larry Keefe, Chairman & CEO, will be retiring June 2024. Effective June 15th, 2024, Andrew Fotopulos will take over as Chairman, and Peter Plumb will be named CEO.

Andy and Peter both have fifteen years of experience working with Starkweather & Shepley and have held many leadership positions within the organization.

Larry, current Chairman and CEO stated, “I have worked very closely with both Peter and Andy over the years, and I am proud to hand over the reins to these two dedicated & experienced leaders.
