Is the billed amount same as the deductible payment amount?

I'm on a high deductible plan with $2,200 in-network deductible. I didn't use my health insurance this year until recently so the entire deductible is payable.

I went to a provider last week. Before the appointment, I told them I have a high deductible and asked for an approximate cost. They said they cannot provide a cost estimate until I complete the appointment.

It was a 15 min appointment. Now on the online patient portal I see they billed the insurer $475 for the visit with CPT code 90833. It says Insurer pays $475 Patient Pays $0

I believe this is clearly incorrect since I haven't met my deductible and eventually I will be responsible for the payment.

I'm wondering if my insurer will charge me for the entire $475 or will the amount come down because of the negotiated rate. I called my insurer before and after the visit, both times they said they can't provide any information until they actually receive the claim.

Any info is appreciated, thanks
