On a Cigna Health and viewed the health plan and it is not affordable at all

So my new job has Cigna for their health insurance and at my old job it was $22 taken out per check but with Cigna it’s $65 taken out per check.

With Anthem BCBS I didn’t have to meet the deductible to pay a copay.

With Cigna I have to pay out of pocket for PCP visits, specialist visits, medication etc until my deductible is met and THEN I’ll get to pay a copay and coinsurance.

The deductible is $650 so it is low but going from $25 an hr with my old job to $19 with this one I don’t have a lot of money so it’ll hinder my ability to see my doctors and purchase my medications.

All of my doctors that I’ve been seeing for the last 4 years do not take this insurance so my psychiatrist, therapist, and PCP I can’t see them anymore… I have to find new doctors which sucks because it’s hard to find doctors that work with you and fit.

So I basically feel backed into a corner… this insurance place is way more expensive and doesn’t cover anything at all until the deductible is met. I am not eligible for an HSA account on the standard plan either so I’d have to find ways to save money before seeing a doctor due to the high costs. My psychiatrist for example is $170 per visit without insurance coverage and on BCBS I was paying $10…

Any advice on how to navigate such an expensive plan and get proper care?
