Medical Insurance – Open Enrollment

Hoping someone can help me with medical insurance (I've always found it difficult to compare plans). It's benefit enrollment time at my employer and they are offering three plans through United Healthcare:

PPO – My approximate cost for family coverage would be $8k next year. We have had this coverage for past years with no major issues.

HDHP – My approximate cost for family coverage would be approximately $7,200 next year. Employer also offers HSA and would contribute $1k the first year.

Surest – My approximate cost for family coverage would be approximately $6,00 next year.

Four of us would be covered under this plan….myself (late 40s), wife (mid 40s), daughter (early 20s), and son (teen). We don't have any major medical procedures planned for the next year. We also don't have any major medical issues. We typically visit the doctor once a twice a year each (mainly for yearly exams). Which of these plans makes the most financial sense in my situation? Thanks in advance!
