$0 EPO through New Employer or Try to Find Private PPO

Hello, I am not sure if this is dumb or even possible. Insurance is very confusing to me and I am really trying to avoid getting scammed though these underwriters.

So, I currently have UMR PPO through my employer. My premium is $408 per month. As far as I can tell it’s very good. The network of providers is very large and is pretty much accepted everywhere. I have a $0 deductible, $15 copay for PCP and Specialists. Out patient diagnostics are $0 for me. Hospital stays and surgery are $0. I pay $10 for generic prescriptions. Mental health also only has a $15 copay.

Starting Jan 2nd I will be with a new employer. I have two Aetna EPO options. Both have a $0 premium

Option 1:

Deductible 2800

Prescription Drug Deductible: 200

Max out of pocket: 9100

PCP Copay: 50

Specialist: 75

Preventative Care: 0

Lab bloodwork: $75

Lab scans: 40% coinsurance

Generic Drugs: $15

Hospital Stay/Surgery: 40% coinsurance

Mental health: $50

Option 2:

Deductible 5000

Services covered before deductible: preventative care only

Max out of pocket: 5400

PCP Coinsurace: 50%

Specialist: 50%

Preventative Care: 0

Lab bloodwork: 50%

Lab scans: 50% coinsurance

Generic Drugs: $15

Hospital Stay/Surgery: 50% coinsurance

Mental Health: 50%

To give some additional context, I likely will need MRI scans once every 2 years. I’ve also had a number of conditions the past couple of years that required what would have other wise been costly healthcare. Endoscopy, couple of MRIs and CT Scans, Vasectomy all of which I paid $0 for. I currently have 3 prescriptions which costs me $30/month.

Is it possible to find anything similar to what I currently have on the private market without paying a ridiculous premium?

TIA and sorry if this is stupid
