Town AND Country

Sometimes it’s really nice to see a vehicle being used for its intended purpose. Take the now-defunct Chrysler Town & Country. If we’re being honest with each other, the “Town” in its name was doing all the heavy lifting. It’s probably why Chrysler dropped the name altogether in favor of the much-lamer “Pacifica.”

Anyway, someone finally got the message about the equal representation of “Country” in its name and decided to put it to the test. Luckily for us, it was put up on TikTok for the world to see, and what a spectacle it was. This is what Chrysler engineers always wanted to see. I know it.
What we’ve got here is an intrepid fifth-generation Chrysler Town & Country owner navigating a river crossing. Weaker T&C pilots would probably turn around and find another way, but not our hero. They decide to forge a path unknown to other drivers. Honestly, it would put a lot of Jeep owners to shame. After about six seconds, we are graced with the face of a man who is as excited as we are to see a Town AND Country navigating such a wild path.
Videos like this really do show the power of TikTok. It’s short, sweet and to the point. On top of that, it inspires us to take our minivans where they never have been before, even if they are more than capable of it. It’s a beautiful sight, and wish the driver and videographer a happy and wonderful life.
