My health insurance has rejected nearly every recent claim without basis. I can’t afford to pay any of it. What legally can I do if it’s within my policy?

Hi. So I’m in the US on a one year travel health insurance program with IMG GLOBAL. My policy covers quite a lot for up to 100 percent coverage

Lab work & physicians vists covered 100 percent.

I unfortunately had some health issues recently while here (I’m here for 3 years atm on a work visa ) and had to have quite a lot of doctor visits and blood tests.

They have rejected every claim using a number of different reasons for each claim. ( this condition is not covered, this is a pre existing condition etc )

The amount for everything dismissed comes to around 20k I have sent an appeal along with Dr letters stating it is not pre existing etc. they are already being impossible saying they haven’t received medical records requested when the clinic faxed them twice 42 pages, and are just straight out lying.

What can I do legally? I really don’t have much money for a lawyer but I can’t afford to pay for any of the rejected claims. Is there a law firm that works with people who earn less money or some charity that helps against people having trouble with insurance and medical bills ?

Any advice on what to do ?
