Help! what makes most sense on where to deliver a baby and how do I know how much of a price difference it’ll be?

Help! How did you figure out where to deliver.

Hello! I’m newly pregnant and have not even a clue how to figure how the costs during pregnancy/ delivery. My health insurance is split up into tier 1 (cheaper) and tier 2 (more expensive). I live in the Boston area and my options for hospitals are Tufts Medical, South Shore and Beth Israel. Based off of what I have been reading Beth Israel seems to have the best reviews but is more expensive with my insurance.

Here are my options: Option 1: Go to Tier 1 doctor (great reviews) and deliver at Tufts or South Shore

Option 2: Go to Tier 1 doctor and switch closer to 30 weeks to deliver at Beth Israel

Option 3: Go to Tier 2 doctor from the start (also great reviews) and deliver at Beth Israel

I have no idea in the end how much the cost difference would be for the entire pregnancy. For co-pays is $30 vs $60 and hospital inpatient $275 vs $500.

I have a $400 deductible and $5,000 out of pocket if any of this matters.
