Should I go COBRA or ACA in 2024?

I was just laid off this week. Part of me was expecting it—lots of turmoil at work. I will receive 3 months of COBRA at the reduced employee rate of less than $200/mo. I anticipate taking the COBRA through the end of the year and then switching to ACA in January when I will likely qualify for a subsidy.
I don’t yet know my COBRA amount past 3 months but assume it will be between 500 and 800. Deductible and OOP for this insurance is $4,000.
I am nott hopeful about finding a job, so I am somewhat planning to retire with social security in January. My total income with social security would be around $45K. I am looking for advice to make it to 65 and Medicare (2 years, so 6 the last 6 months will need to be ACA anyhow).
Are there other considerations I haven't seen?

Will I be able to switch to ACA without problem during open enrollment to be effective in January?
What cost issues should I consider – premium, deductible, out of pocket – differences between the 2 types of coverage?
Is there a difference in provider availability between employer-sponsored (Blue Cross) and ACA insurance?
