ACA Family Glitch Remedy/Child on the way

I apologize ahead of time as
A: I have a very low understanding of health insurance.
B: I have a few moving pieces/qualifying events in my life happening at the same time

I am currently employed through my S-Corp which I am a 33% shareholder of (2 other partners also own 33%, no other full time employees). As we were a startup, health insurance was not on the table for us yet. No problem for me as I was on my parents health insurance. Now that I have turned 26, I understand that I am now no longer on their family plan, they wont claim me as a dependent etc.

My pregnant wife’s company has an amazing employee plan (0 deductible, 5k max out of pocket, no fee visits) in which her employer virtually subsizides almost all of her employee premium, I think she only pays aprox $25 a month out of her paychecks for her insurance. The issue is that her employer offers 0% subsidy for any spouse and/or dependents. After asking for monthly premium costs that we may pay for during open enrolment. We were told that adding myself and the future baby (due in october) will be approx $1550 a month in aditional premium through her employers healthcare plan.

Our household income is $130,000. After looking into some research, if the premium cost is over 9.8% of household income you can be eligible for the ACA marketplace, which in this case (1550*12 is greater than 9.8%) However I was reading some fine print that this doesnt apply for spouses or dependents creating the “Family Glitch”. Now with some further reading it appears the family glitch might have been remidied?

I guess my questions are, is everything above sounding accurate? And where do I go from here to ensure health insurance for me and the future child?

Thanks!
