Choosing between Anthem Insurances (HSA vs PPO)

I’m 24(F) and very fortunate to have health insurance through my parents and my employer (an awesome non-profit with great benefits)

However, I use my parents insurance for my primary doctor (I have 1 more year until I age out). And I’ve been using my employers policy to see my therapist but they’re switching to Anthem this year and I’m not sure what to go with.

Option 1: Gold PPO 1700/15% w/HSA PrevRx (absolutely free for me to use, my employer puts $1,500/year on a HSA without anything out of pocket on my end – but the coinsurance is 15% after I meet my deductible of $1,700. I believe the full cost of my therapist is $70 per session)

Option 2: Gold PPO 25/30% ($12 per paycheck and my copay is a standard $25)

I see my therapist every other week and that’s really all I use that insurance for. I’m healthy and young, I don’t see any potential issues espeically if I have my parents for back up.

What’s the smarter choice if I only use insurance for therapy?

My inclination is the HSA because it’s free and I can just charge the card. But insurance is so confusing and I want to make sure I’m not missing anything.
