26yrs old no idea what i’m doing for health insurance

So my parents didn't tell me I was going to get kicked off their insurance policy until the month of my 26th birthday, and now I have until July 31st to find health insurance. I see a therapist and psychiatrist every 2 weeks and am on three medications which I need in order to function. Right now it's looking like I have to get private insurance, but I want to know if there are other options out there for me because I really don't want my Dad (who I still live with) to have to pay an extra 6 to 7k a year because of me. Because of my babysitting job I make too much for Medicaid, but not enough for a subsidy or tax credit. Here are my questions.

In North Carolina are employers required to offer health insurance to full-time employees? Do I need to get a work-study job in order to get student healthcare, or is there another way to get it? Are the insurance plans on healthcare.gov the most affordable plans I can find? Is there any way for me to get lower premiums or deductibles on the plans offered at healthcare.gov or bluecrossnc.com given that I'm going to make no more than $5,000 this year, and no longer be employed starting in August? Currently the cheapest premium I can find is $200 with a $9,000 deductible, and the cheapest deductible is a $1,500 deductible with a $430 premium. Given that I see a psychiatrist and therapist and refill my meds every 2 to 3 weeks, would an insurance plan with a lower premium, or lower deductible be better for me? (I'm pretty sure lower deductible would be better but I just want to make sure)

EDIT: Sorry if this isn't the right flair tag I wasn't sure which to pick, also my zip is 27520
