Can humana pay for a nursing home?

This is my dilemma. My mom who is 75 will be 76 toward the end of the year, condition is rapidly declining. She had a stroke back in 2014. She was able to live on her own but now she is not cooking anymore, not eating, needs help taking her medication, and of last week cannot walk and I have to help move her from the bed to the bathroom and so forth. I live across the street but I have a 10 year old, 12 year old, and now a new born. We are very busy. And now that mom mom’s condition has gotten worse I do not know how I can navigate everything. Also, my work is seasonal and out of town, so come the beginning of next year when I leave I don’t know what will become if my mother. My wife cannot handle 3 kids and my mom.

My mom has Humana Medicare. She does not have any savings. Her retirement is depleted and is only getting social security. She has a house worth 300k that we would like to keep. My house is not big enough to house her. My question is, can my mom’s medical insurance pay for someone to come in and help her or a nursing home? I have no idea how any of this works.
