Help from a Professional. Or maybe someone with some knowledge. (FL)

I need serious help and I don't even know where to start.

I signed up for Ambetter through open enrollment ACA (mistake) Minimal Payment per month. Ambetter lied about my doctor and the coverage. It's irrelevant at this point but whatever. I can't get a Primary Care Physician to see me let alone treat me. The plan that I signed up for has little to no coverage in this area. I have spoken to Ambetter corporate and they return my call with a list of doctors that the office states they are no longer at the office or no longer take Ambetter. The only care that I am able to get is Teledoc or the ER. One trip to the ER has already cost me $800 out of pocket. I cannot afford another but if there is no way to get treatment because there are no PCP's available. What am I supposed to do.

At the moment I have a Herniated Disc and Bulging Disc according to the MRI and ER. I was given orders by the ER discharge to see a Neurosurgeon but no one will see me without a referral from PCP.

I know there is a chance to change insurance but I don't think I can budget it. Do I keep hounding Ambetter till they find a solution or move on. Any advice will be helpful and I have a lot of time on my hands because I can't do much.
