Went to urgent care – NP admitted not knowing how to handle my case, handed me leaflets from the internet and said go to the emergency room. How do I get my copay back?

Howdy and TYIA for any advice.

The title pretty much sums it up. I went to urgent care for a small electric shock. Has happened before so I knew I needed an EKG and looked for urgent care centers that had one. Went there and sat in a room for 30 min – went out to see what the hold up was, NP said she had to look up how to handle my case. Red flag. She finally came in and poked on me a little bit, didn't do the first thing she should have which was get me on an EKG. She printed out some stuff from google but when asked more questions about it couldn't really explain her advice, she obviously didn't know what to do in my case and pretty much said so. Told me that I should go to an emergency room "to be actually seen"…thought I was being actually seen right then.

Tried taking it up with the urgent care company, no luck, tried my own insurance, a lot of confusion about what recourse I have here. Any help is appreciated!
