PA Medicaid eligibility help
Hi guys I'm trying to help my cousin who is going to be trying to get Medicaid. She's going to try to get SNAP too but it looks like it will only be $23 a month probably.
With regards to Medicaid income limits. My cousin is going to apply to Medicaid. She has very little assets or income. She lives in Allegheny County in Pennsylvania. It looks like the monthly income limit is $1,667? And the annual income limit is maybe $19,392?
Different websites seem to say different things so it’s quite confusing. I know the income limits seem to change every year? My cousin theoretically will make between $400-$500 a week before taxes. However, that depends on good weather a lot because it's an outside job. But theoretically $1600-$2000 a month. However, the job only goes for 9-10 months a year. So her annual income will probably be closer to $16,000 a year.
So what does that mean for Medicaid eligibility? Do they only care about her annual income? Or would she be ineligible because his monthly income might be a little over the monthly limit sometimes? Thank you for any help you can provide.

https://www.benefits.gov/benefit/1148 Says annual limit is $19,392. But $19,392 divided by 12 months is $1,616.
