UnitedHealthcare claim for outside US

I have UnitedHealthcare HSA family plan. While my wife was overseas (Korea) visiting family she decided to visit a doctor for a general checkup since they are significantly more thorough with checkups there. During her checkup they discovered that she needed surgery as soon as possible for a large cyst (8 inches). She then went to another doctor (a top doctor in the field in Korea) and confirmed it. Since I can't change from my HSA to regular plan until November to be able to afford the surgery here and with how in the US she would be required to go to one doctor to the next (possibly with one of them even saying you don't need surgery) and get the ring around for over 6 months of trying to get appointments we decided to have her do the surgery in Korea before the cyst ruptures. She has just done the surgery this week and is recovering.

Question: Would I be able to file any claim at all for any reimbursement? The surgery plus 4 days in a hospital was $5,899.70 which would have still have been cheaper then with HSA plan here. If I am able to claim any reimbursement at all what types of forms would I need for her to get from the hospital to submit to UnitedHealthcare. She did get a medical certificate form that is in English. She will have a follow up appointment soon and can get more forms if needed. Thanks.
