Need help choosing which marketplace insurance plan is better

Option #1- $360 premium, $7,450 deductible and OOP max, all services covered after meeting deductible. Vision and dental included in this plan. Low cost for most services before deductible (primary care, bloodwork, etc.)

2-

$338 premium, $5,800 deductible and OOP max, full prices for all services and no charge after deductible is met. HSA plan.

3-

$337 premium, $6,450 deductible, $8,200 OOP, low cost for some services (primary care, urgent care, drugs, bloodwork,) other services full price, and after deductible is met 35%.

Plan to use a low amount of services but I always think worst case scenario so….who knows what will happen in the future. If $30 is the only difference between plans I would imagine option #1 is the best, but any advice is greatly appreciated. If any further clarification is needed for each plan let me know!

(Age-36, 32210 zip, fluctuating income but low end $50,000, do not qualify for subsidies)
