Detailed results of the election revealed
Great-West Lifeco, has today announced that all 19 of its director nominees, as listed in the Management Proxy Circular dated March 8, 2023, have been unanimously elected at the Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders.
The results of the process reinforce Great-West Lifeco’s commitment to effective governance and transparent decision-making.
