Billed Amount different than promised

As title says. Provider told me: “We are in-network. We would pair you with a provider that is in-network with your insurance so we'd be able to bill your insurance for your visits. If you want to know your copay, that is what you need to ask your insurance. We bill your insurance $95 for your appointments and you can ask what your copay is for behavioral health visits. Let us know when a good time is to give you a call to help you book your first appointment.”

Claim just came through for the visit that was scheduled after this conversation:

CPT 99204 – Office O/P new mod 45-59minutes Billed $200 / allowed by plan $150.37

CPT 90832- Psytx w pt w E/M 30 mins Billed $80 / allowed by plan $52.52

I haven’t met my deductible so was expecting to pay the full amount allowed, but 280 billed vs the 95 promised is cross. My responsibility like this would be $202.89. How can they (Mood Health) tell me they’ll bill $95 and then their provider does nothing like it? What can I do?
