Lockton taps regional operations SVP

Lockton Companies, the world’s largest privately held insurance brokerage, has announced the appointment of Tyler Bolander (pictured above) as senior vice president of regional operations. He will be based in Lockton’s Dallas office.

Bolander has more than 15 years of industry experience. In his new role, he will be part of Lockton’s global operations team, the company said in a press release.

“We are thrilled to welcome Tyler to our team,” said Sam Taiym, US chief operating officer for Lockton. “His wealth of experience and client-centric approach make him a valuable addition to Lockton. We look forward to seeing the impact he will have on our continued success.”

Prior to joining Lockton, Bolander served as managing partner and office leader for Mercer’s Dallas operations.

“I am excited to join Lockton and work with a team that is dedicated to providing innovative solutions to clients,” Bolander said. “Lockton’s reputation for client service and its commitment to excellence aligns perfectly with my own values. I look forward to helping our clients navigate their complex challenges and achieve their business goals.”

Bolander is the latest addition to Lockton. Earlier this month, the company tapped Nick Serrault to serve as a COO within its People Solutions business. It also appointed Brad Zechman and David Salvucci as co-leaders of its life sciences practice.
