California. Help selecting insurance after being laid off?

I was laid off late 2022 and received a few months of company paid for COBRA insurance that expires at the end of the month. I have unfortunately not had success finding employment in the meantime and have been receiving $450/wk in unemployment insurance. These payments will end in a few months and have been ongoing since the start of the year.

I am 30, only need coverage for myself, have no medications/prescriptions, and am in good health as far as I know. I don't drink or smoke. The price to continue my COBRA coverage with what I believe to be the quite good insurance I currently have "Anthem Medical Classic PPO 250" is $630 a month. I think something with a higher copay/out of of pocket max that would help in a major event that would otherwise bankrupt me would be more appropriate. Do I qualify for Covered California? Can I enroll now for the end of the month/what plan should I be looking at?

Next question is dental. On average I'd ballpark $1500 a year; I get crowns about every 2-3 years and it's closer to $2500 when that happens. I had "Anthem CA Dental PPO Premier" which also expires at the end of the month but the premium for that is only $50 which I think is probably worth it? Is there a good option on the marketplace? I also don't know if I can split out the benefits and only continue with the dental because there's other items on the list and my payment just lumps them all together ($800). I would probably need to call WEX and see if that can be done.

I am new to this situation and would greatly appreciate any advice on how I should move forward. Thank you!
