Got a new job but unable to remove self from my parents’ CA Medi-Cal plan

Per the title, I graduated on June,2022 and got a job 09,2022, making around 50,000$ within the last 3 months of the year. I failed to report my change of income due since someone has told me the Public Health Emergency will allow me to stay on the medi-cal plan anyway (I now understand that it was a mistake). I tried to remove myself from my parents plan when the recertification paperwork came on 01/2023 (by stating that im moving from the household and want to be remove from medi-cal). Nothing came from that so I visited the office once (where I reported my income change) and called in once to be removed. So far I am still on the plan. I have no idea what else to do since my parents do not make much and need to stay on medi-cal due to their poor health. I really do not want to affect their benefits due to my wage. PLS let me know what else I should do. Also, I am worry when I file my tax this year, I might get in trouble for not disclosing my change of income sooner.
