Turning 26 next year, only able to work part time, not eligible for Medicare, on multiple prescriptions… advice?

VA. Current Provider is Anthem about 100 a month under mom's family plan.
Hello
So, next January I will turn the dreaded 26. Due to a sleep disorder I struggle to work full time (I have seizures if I don't sleep 12ish hours a day), every time I've tried to go full time I end up having complications). I have a stable part time job and make about 1500 a month, and I am not eligible for Medicare because of a decent sized savings I got from my fathers passing. I know I can get private insurance and tank the payment by taking money from savings, but I don't know if that is the smartest thing to do. Or if it is, I have no idea what provider to go for and what level of coverage I need… I'm on five prescriptions and usually end up at the doctor 10+ times a year for various things. I just want to be smart about this and I am really struggling to find anyone who is willing to speak with me about it. My hope is to find a way to have insurance without making it a burden on my savings. Any advice is appreciated. Ty.
