The Issue

Canadian Diono Radian 3RXT Car Seat

Transport Canada issued a recall for the Diono Radian 3RXT in Canada manufactured in the years 2020, 2021, and 2022. The owner’s manual does not provide clear instructions on how to lock the vehicle seat belt while using the Diono Radian seat in rear-facing mode. Canadian regulations require manufacturers to provide this in every child seat manual.
