Insurance not paying anything on claim?

Hey all! First time poster, and wondering if I can do anything about this claim or if I should just eat it and start paying it off. So I have BCBS of TN at my current job, and I recently went to the ER for severe abdominal pain right before Christmas. They did a CAT scan and had me sit in the ER waiting room for over 4 hours. Luckily everything was fine (turns out it was flu-related since my daughter also had the flu. ‘Tis the season!). Since then, I got the bill for over $2300. It says my insurance didn’t pay any of it, so I’m left to foot the bill.

I left the claim details below. Is there anything I can do to get this down, or should I just take it on the chin and start a payment plan? Thanks so much!
