why do i have a login for anthem and ameriben

with new year comes new employee sponsored health insurance. I selected a cheaper option this year (still bcbs) and recieved a new card and info for login. Now, i had previously had login to my old health account (still active until 12/31/2022) thru ameriben. i logged into my new account thru anthem and it shows my old (i guess still current) coverage. why do i have 2 logins to the same insurance?

another question – looking for a doctor. my old insurance shows “BC PPO INCENTIVE” when searching for doctors, and my new one just shows “Georgia Health Savings Account”. i have no affiliation with the state of georgia. and there are way less doctors covering the “georgia health savings account” than my old insurance “BC PPO Incentive”. I thought i’d still get the same slate of doctors covering me considering i’m using the same health care provider? did i screw myself? no doctor i can find accepts “Georgia health savings account” as a provider. please help – contact support at anthem is fruitless
